Counselling service is aimed at assisting families and individuals to cope more effectively with their problems or to resolve interpersonal tensions and conflicts or to improve communication.

Casework is aimed at assisting families with multiple needs in assembling the resources that they require and managing their coordination to facilitate a match between client needs and service. This include assisting Clients in identify appropriate services and advocating for a client’s access to and use of service.
